We understand things happen. If you are not satisfied with your Piilas merchandise, we highly suggest contacting us at info@piilas.com. Piilas is here to help, see our Refund & Exchange Policy before proceeding. 

Refund & Exchange Policy

  • Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Refunds will not be issued unless approved otherwise by our customer service representative.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. 
  • Merchandise must be returned within 30 days upon receipt of the item to be eligible for an exchange or store credit. 
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Merchandise can not be worn, stained, and/or damaged.
  • Merchandise must be received first before we send you the replacement item(s) you are exchanging or your store credit code.
  • Please allow up to 5-7 business days for exchanges to be processed.  

Shipping Policy

  • Orders can take 5-7 business days to fulfill. During high volume times, orders may take 7-10 full business days to fulfill.
  • Shipping times reflect after the order has been fulfilled and picked up by the post office. 
  • Customers are responsible for their own shipping costs for returning item(s) unless approved by our customer service representative. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If the customer has receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from refund. 
  • If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
